Is an ownerless, fair launch token project for the Binance Smart Chain (BEP20/BSC)
Releasing in Q2 2021 to fight inflation through deflationary measures, including earning passive income through holding and staking as well as passively raising funds for charity.

“Why No Presale?”
The simplest way we can put it is that we don’t need any outside funds for liquidity or initial marketing and feel that pre-sales cause emotional buying; or FOMO; which scammers take advantage of through elaborate ways (sometimes not so elaborate).
The Gratitude Token will be launched when the contract is audited, ownership relinquished, and liquidity is locked.
This will give the community a chance to make an informed decision on what they’ll like to invest in, as we’re not in the business of giving financial advice.
“What do you mean unruggable?”
- Liquidity locked for 2 years and all liquidity raised through transactions will be locked on an as-needed basis.
- No dev allocation of tokens
- No ownership (meaning no chance to backdoor or use of any proxies)
- No new tokens will ever be created (no minting functions)
Buy / Sell Transactional Tax
1% Sent to liquidity (selling 0.5% into BNB and then pairing with the other 0.5% token to creat GRAT/BNB LP)
1% Burnt
1% Redistributed between existing holders in proportion to their holdings
1% Staker reward. (You can choose to gain more redistribution by staking)
1% Charity Wallet. (Sent to community chosen charities on a monthly or bi-monthly basis, according to demand.)

Day 1 holding limit of 1% of supply
Day 2 holding limit of 2% of supply
Day 3 and onwards no limit
Holders with over 1% of supply cannot sell more than 25% at one time
This is to try to stop massive holders from having the power to manipulate the price; as this is a common theme within other projects.
Use-Case
The initial aim for Gratitude is to create a tipping ecosystem in which the community can send tokens peer-to-peer, this includes an online payment gateway where end-users receive Gratitude tokens.
Initially, this is envisioned as a tipping system for online content creators, such as live streamers — but we see this evolving further.
There is no tax to send Gratitude.
Online personalities are encouraged to reach out to project Gratitude in regards to whitelisting for these products as they roll into the beta phase.
What next?
Lottery System (Coming Soon)
Although not available at launch, Project Gratitude also plans to implement a website-based lottery system, in which users may participate by spending a $10USD equivalent of the Gratitude Token.
This will be used to raise funds for the liquidity pool and future development.
